Wedding days can be expansive—and overwhelming. I offer yoga-based and embodied support to help couples, wedding parties, or individuals arrive grounded and steady. This may look like gentle movement, breathwork, or quiet centering before the ceremony, during the weekend, or in the days leading up. The intention is simple: to help the body soften so the moment can be fully lived.
And don’t forget about bachelorette yoga— Or yogamosa? Absolutely. With or without the drinks, we have a ton of fun.
